What you may not use the service to make.

Before anything else

This document is a plain-language template written to describe how the service actually behaves. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice. Before relying on it commercially, have it reviewed for your jurisdiction.

Not permitted

Do not use the service to produce or distribute:

  • Content that defames a real person, or presents an allegation as an established fact.
  • Medical, financial or legal advice presented as authoritative when it is generated and unverified.
  • Material that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that is designed to be mistaken for an authentic photograph, recording or official document.
  • Deliberate misinformation, including fabricated statistics, quotations, dates or studies.
  • Content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or harasses an individual.
  • Material infringing someone else’s copyright or trademark beyond legitimate commentary and criticism.

Fair use of the platform

Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, share one account across an organisation to avoid seats, scrape the service, or automate it in ways that degrade it for others.

How we enforce this

We do not routinely read customer content. We act on reports and on automated abuse signals such as extreme usage patterns. Where we do access content for an investigation, that access is logged.

Consequences are proportionate: a warning, a feature restriction, suspension, or termination for serious or repeated breaches.
